Highly recommend! Pure Air got in touch with me about the servicing of my AC. Their communications were courteous and prompt. When we arranged a time I got reminder messages and the serviceman arrived on time. He did a great job, thorough, meticulous. He was cheery and courteous. No hesitation- 5 stars.

We have had the team at Pure electrical and air help us with fitting lights in our new home before. The company is very organised in booking times that the staff have always been reliable in keeping. Pure Electrical & Air was great to deal with! Their text messaging service made it really easy to book the appointment, get reminders, and know when the electrician was on the way. I had my A/C indoor and outdoor units replaced a couple of weeks ago, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional and did excellent work on the day. I contacted Pure Electrical and Air on Wed 4th Mar as my split system aircon wasn't working. That afternoon Stephan came out to check the unit. Unfortunately the inverter had burnt out and due to it being 10+ yrs old there was no point replacing parts. Stephan gave us a quote then and there to install a new unit and by Fri 6th Mar lunchtime I was sitting in a cool house again. The guys removed the old unit and took it away and cleaned up thoroughly. I cannot thank you and the team enough for your fast and efficient service.

I had my air conditioning work carried out by Pure Electrical Service and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first contact to completion, the service was professional, punctual, and extremely well organised. The technician Chad clearly explained the work, carried it out efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was left neat and tidy, and the AC is now working perfectly. Turned up on time, were very polite & friendly and were straight onto the job and worked for 4.5 hours straight! They cleaned up the areas they had worked in both inside & out. I was very impressed with their work ethic and politeness, There was no loud music, swearing or mess left behind. Would highly recommend Pure Electrical & Air.
